What's included: A set of 12 double-ply rounds, approximately 3" in diameter, made from 100% cotton.
We strongly recommend pairing them with the Organic Cotton Mesh Laundry Bag so your rounds don't mysteriously vanish in the wash.
Wash before first use. To clean, rinse under cold water to loosen any stains, then pop the rounds into a mesh laundry bag and wash warm or hot with like colours. Tumble or hang to dry. The fabric becomes softer and reaches maximum absorbency after a few wash cycles. Skip the fabric softener and dryer sheets, as these reduce absorbency.
How long will my Reusable Facial Rounds last?
With proper care, years. Many customers report using theirs since 2019 and beyond — they hold up to repeated washing remarkably well.
Why do you call them facial rounds when they're clearly not round?
Fair point! The name is a nod to the disposable cotton "rounds" they replace. Ours are squared off, which actually gives you a bit more surface area to work with.
How do I care for my Reusable Facial Rounds?
Wash before first use. Rinse under cold water to loosen stains, place in a mesh laundry bag, then wash warm or hot with like colours and tumble or hang to dry. Avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets.
Is the Mesh Laundry Bag included?
No — the laundry bag is sold separately. We highly recommend adding one so your rounds stay together in the wash.
Will my Reusable Facial Rounds shrink?
A little shrinkage is normal in the first few washes, along with some softening as they break in.
Is it okay to wash with fabric softener or use dryer sheets?
No. Both leave a coating on the fabric that reduces absorbency over time, so it's best to skip them.

Returns

Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation. If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com. We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product. We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.
